CREDI User Guide: A document that provides a basic overview of the CREDI, including its background, conceptual framework, purpose and aims, format, resources, adaptation and translation procedures, and training guidelines. All prospective users should start by reading this document in full.

For Data Collection

For both the Short and Long Forms

CREDI Assessor Manual: A document for data collectors that describes the basic procedures for administering the CREDI. 

  • (Optional) CREDI Translations: A folder that includes translations of CREDI materials provided by users. 

CREDI Data Management & Scoring Manual: A document for data managers that describes how to set up electronic data capture systems, to enter and clean data, to score data, and to interpret scores.  

For the Short Form Only

  • CREDI Short Form: A document with all CREDI Short Form items, formatted for printing and use in the field. 
  • CREDI Short Form Illustrations: A document with illustrations for the CREDI Short Form, formatted for printing and use in the field. 
  • (Optional) CREDI Short Form Item Guide: A document with descriptions of each item that can be used for translation and adaptation, as needed. 

For the Long Form Only

  • CREDI Long Form: All CREDI Long Form items, formatted for printing and direct use in the field.
